Receive up 50,000 points (redeemable for $1,000) on a Chase Sapphire Preferred card

Chase Sapphire  is offering up to 50,000 bonus points to customers signing up for their new Preferred Card, translating into $500 after three months.

After signing up for the card, you will receive 50,000 points when you make purchases of $1,000/month for 3 months.

Points can be redeemed for hotel rooms or plane tickets, but they can also be redeemed for cash.  At a rate of $20 for 2,000 points, that adds up to a mouth-watering $500.

Alternatively, you can redeem for a plane ticket worth up to $625.
